Senior Accountant - Fortune 500

Are you a CPA qualified Accountant from an audit background in a well-known public accounting firm?

Our client is a well-known construction company with a phenomenal growth track record and a really strong employer brand. Continued strength in the housing market, combined with excellent leadership has meant that this business remains firmly in growth mode, with key performance indicators showing no sign of slowing.

This role, in the US HQ, will provide varied and high quality accounting support to the north American corporate, with involvement in a range of reporting, analysis and process improvement initiatives. Unlike most companies of this scale, the Senior Accountant in our client will be very visible, often interacting with C-Suite and getting the chance to influence the finance leadership right up to CFO.

The ideal candidate will fit the following description:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or similar subject

- CPA qualification from a well-known accounting firm

- 4+ years experience in an accounting role

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders

- A genuine results focus

Likelihood is that you will progress to the Accounting Manager role within two years, but other moves into FP&A, commercial finance or business unit finance teams also available.
