Adrian is a recruitment veteran with some twenty years of experience in the industry. Despite this tenure, and despite recruitment being an emotional rollercoaster, his love for the industry persists. Adrian is responsible for the strategic direction of the business, driving results and delivering the vision. He can still make the occasional placement too, apparently.

Office Manager
Tessa is an incredibly motivated and driven member of the team, utilising all her experience of supporting rapid growth in a range of companies to aid the development at GAN, although with perhaps marginally less enthusiasm than she attacked her early role as Cake Tester (yes, really). Tessa runs the operations of the business with an unwavering determination but always with a smile, covering her proverbial iron fist with a fluffy glove. It helps that she is a former thai boxing and crossfit champion, which means if we annoy her she can not only catch us, but can also kick us.

As Founding Partner David has been instrumental in the vision, strategy and development of GAN since day one. He and Adrian have worked together since 2004 and his energy, positivity and unwavering commitment to results made him the perfect partner for the firm. He simply loves to recruit; an attitude that rubs off on all around him and gets him unparalleled feedback from his candidates. He now uses his expertise to help finance executives get the best career moves available and to deliver top talent to interesting clients, whilst also dJ’ing at top Techno venues worldwide.
Team Administrator
Zane has a long and successful track record of taking care of demanding people, initially as a trainer and senior therapist for a luxury skin care business and latterly catering to the whims of recruiters and accountants. Over her years with GAN, Zane has become an invaluable member of the team, consistently looking for ways to improve things, and support the high performing consultants as they strive to help as many candidates and clients as possible. She runs the sales support function with the same military precision with which she manages her exercise and diet regimes, making her a champion for us as well as a champion body builder. We couldn’t do what we do as well as we do, without her.
Head of Permanent Services
Elliot is a fantastic example of a skilled and disciplined recruiter and recruitment leader, who get’s huge satisfaction out of helping colleagues, candidates and clients achieve their goals. After a number of years in large recruitment firms, Elliot wanted to be a larger part of a smaller business and joined GAN because he really saw his part in our vision. As Head of Perm, he leads and nurtures a high calibre team of recruiters and likes nothing more than to see them grow and develop. He says it’s the best job he ever had. Much better than the unnamed corporate recruitment firm we will simply call Michael Sage.
Managing Director
Matt joined Global Accounting Network at board level to work closely with Adrian in delivering UK and international growth. To be hired at this level in GAN, he had to have had a fantastic pedigree in a career littered with high performing teams, strong business results and delivering exceptional client and candidate solutions, and he will gladly regale you with this over a pint. Since joining Matt has added significant value to the team, strengthening the business and working with the board to deliver a really strong vision for the future.

Christian came to GAN after a year in South Africa as a Commodities Trader, referred to Adrian for both his rugby skills and his potential in recruitment. When he joined the business, we were 6 people round one bank of desks and Chris’s dedication, hard work and drive to deliver has played a key part in helping us grow consistently every year. Chris is a relationship builder, taking the time to get to know his clients and candidates well-enough to offer genuine solutions to real problems. He loves the buzz and urgency of interim recruitment and you’ll often find him in the office late at night because his client needs someone “yesterday”.

Tabitha recently joined GAN as a Non-Exec Director, bringing a wealth of PLC experience to our rapidly growing business. Attracted to us by our energy, personality and commitment to Diversity and Inclusion, Tabitha is helping us develop our corporate brand, deliver our strategy and drive the DNI agenda infinance. From her time with businesses such as pladis, Samsung and Whitbread, Tabitha knows what good looks like and is passionate about delivering it. We are definitely being challenged and kept on our toes.
In the little spare time that Tabitha manages to have, she runs around after her young children,creates“Bake Off quality”cakesand even finds time to smash through a Tough Mudder. Low achiever she is not!
Non-Exec Director and Founder
Marcus and Adrian have been friends and business associates for over 10 years, collaborating on numerous projects. A trained Corporate Financier by trade, Marcus launched Adoreum Partners in 2009, with the aim of connecting HNW and UNHW with investment opportunities, luxury brands and growth businesses. As our self-proclaimed best business winner, Marcus brings a phenomenal network to GAN, whist also providing key business advice.
Marcus says, “When Adrian told me he was launching GAN, I had no hesitation in investing and becoming part of the business. Since then, the team have helped loads of my contacts find finance talent and it’s been a lot of fun being part of the company.”
