Tessa is an incredibly motivated and driven member of the team, utilising all her experience of supporting rapid growth in a range of companies to aid the development at GAN, although with perhaps marginally less enthusiasm than she attacked her early role as Cake Tester (yes, really). Tessa runs the operations of the business with an unwavering determination but always with a smile, covering her proverbial iron fist with a fluffy glove. It helps that she is a former thai boxing and crossfit champion, which means if we annoy her she can not only catch us, but can also kick us.

Zane has a long and successful track record of taking care of demanding people, initially as a trainer and senior therapist for a luxury skin care business and latterly catering to the whims of recruiters and accountants. Over her years with GAN, Zane has become an invaluable member of the team, consistently looking for ways to improve things, and support the high performing consultants as they strive to help as many candidates and clients as possible. She runs the sales support function with the same military precision with which she manages her exercise and diet regimes, making her a champion for us as well as a champion body builder. Elliot is a fantastic example of a skilled and disciplined recruiter and recruitment leader, who get’s huge satisfaction out of helping colleagues, candidates and clients achieve their goals. Christian came to GAN after a year in South Africa as a Commodities Trader, referred to Adrian for both his rugby skills and his potential in recruitment.
