Main responsibilities:

• Preparation of financial statements
• Reporting of current and projected financial position.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial information under GAAP.
• Lead the finance and accounting function and oversee the monthly, quarterly and yearly close process.
• Manage the external auditor relationship
• Ad hoc financial reporting as requested
• Support special business development projects
• Business partner with divisional presidents across the company
