FP&A Manager

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for review of all materials to ensure accuracy for FP&A Monthly Package
• Coordination and execution of annual Planning Process
• Manage, train and develop analysts
• Work with Business Customers to access reporting needs and build strategic relationships.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of appropriate controls over the monthly compilation process.
• Partner with business leaders to forecast and manage monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Provide ad-hoc reporting for decision making associated with new business, pricing decisions, customer decisions, product decisions, warehouse/plant decisions, i.e. close or scale down.
• Work with business leaders to provide global analysis
• Prepare presentations for Senior Management
• Work with the Director to develop and execute key strategies to support the department and corporate mission.
