Finance Business Partner

As Finance Business Partner, you will have oversight of all things Finance AND Accounting within the US business, looking after controllership, FP&A and business decision support for this complex and high sales volume business.

The ideal candidate will fit the following description:

• Strong academics, with a Bachelor's degree in an accounting or financial subject
• CPA preferred, with a background in a top 6 accounting firm
• At least 5 years industry experience, including BOTH accounting and analytical work
• A good working knowledge of US GAAP
• FP&A experience, including anaysis, budgeting and forecasting
• Excellent interpersonal effectiveness, with the ability to influence and challenge
